   Well, from the USENET side, things seem official, in spite of the small
amount of bickering (:-).  I've checked with A Prominent Net Personality,
and he's including the new groups in the official list of newsgroups.
So, we should start using the .atari8 and .atari16 groups, and remove the
.atari (giving, of course, every interested site enough time to make sure
they're up and running).
