The following line taken from the book gives you an idea of who the book is targeted for: "AES and VDI are nothing more than libraries (along the lines of the Library of Congress) of functions and program routines." If the book sold for $1.95 I would say buy it. But at $19.95 it is a real steal and you are the victim.
