The book just reviewed might be useful to someone without the dev kit
but my feeling is that it is far too elementary to be useful to anyone
with the dev kit.  The following line taken from the book gives you an
idea of who the book is targeted for: "AES and VDI are nothing more than
libraries (along the lines of the Library of Congress) of functions and
program routines."

If the book sold for $1.95 I would say buy it.  But at $19.95 it is a
real steal and you are the victim.
