Bicer -- amdahl never heard of Xerox.COM) Path: amdahl!hplabs!ucbvax!Xerox.COM!Bicer.ES You have to have a formatted Atari diskette with NO files, and NO volume label on it. This will work fine. I usually find it works even better on a newly formatted diskette, rather than a normal GEMDOS diskette with all the files erased. Getting files onto the disk is tricky. I uploaded the source to a TOS->CP/M file transfer program that includes a slight bug. The program works in my testbed, but when I try to run it on my ST, it's always off by one block. I don't know exactly how fast it is, but it seems extremely unlikely that it matches a 4MHz Z80. More like a 1MHz Z80. -- +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Whatever I write are not the opinions or policies of Digital Research, Inc.,| |and probably won't be in the foreseeable future. | +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ Bruce Holloway ....!ucbvax!hplabs!amdahl!drivax!holloway (I'm not THAT Bruce Holloway, I'm the other one.)
