OK, maybe this is not an outrage, it is an absurdity, I can't believe that it would take little more than a recompilation of the source code ( one make command). This is AT&T at its usual. Why not for simply one little make command have available nroff/troff for the public. All the other UNIX look-alikes (SCO XENIX V,...) have it. If nothing else, at least make it available for purchase.
