The Pascal workstation sets no limits as to were you can write. However, you must be sure to write on an even boundary when writing to the graphics memory. I recommend that you use the move.w instruction to write to the graphics memory on an even address. In HPUX, there is an excellent discussion in the latest HPUX manual under GRAPHICS(4). The part-number is 09000-90008. It is a little too involved for me to describe it here. This manual was distributed with HPUX 5.01 and later. Eric Ross ihnp4!hpfcla!hpvcla!ericr
