Give them your 128K board and $200. They will give you their 512K board. The $200 will cover the additional cost to them of having a 128K when they go in for an upgrade. You will get a stock 512K board, which will save you $200 should you decide to upgrade to a Mac+. You may even be able to find a dealer who would be willing to sell you a used 512K that they received on a Mac+ upgrade.
