I have a Compaq portable with a Microscience drive with an Adaptec
controller.

Is it true that FORMAT will only format 20 meg disks with a 2k cluster
size?  I tried setting up even very small partitions (280k) and format
always made a 12 bit FAT and 4k cluster.
