Summary: Yet another poll


	I was going to post a program called PROCOMM to the net.  I put an
announcement in net.sources, of course I got flamed for it, but nobody seems to
have a better place to put it.  Now, I'm new to the net, so perhaps I've
violated some protocals and steped on people's toes a little, to which I say
I'm sorry. 
	What I want to know is this: where does one post ms-dos binary files,
or does one just not post?  Everyone seems to have different opinions, I
figured that the moderator for .sources would be the one to ask.  He said that
he wouldn't put it on his group, but if it was under 64K, the best place would
be on net.micro.pc, if it was over, net.sources would be the place.  If there
was not enough interest (quantity undefined, I've heard 20-100), mail is the
way to go.  Of course I've also heard "keep that binary crap off net.sources"
too.  I'm perplexed.
	How does everyone feel about this?
		1) micro stuff should go in the micro section.
		2) programs belong in net.sources even when they're not source.
		3) if it isn't unix, it doesn't belong on the net.
		4) your choice.
	Mail me your feelings in this matter, I'll post a statistics to the
net.
