A friend of mine needs to set up a complete system for a doctor's office,
which should include the following:

1. accounting package
2. billing (in Ontario: OHIP format)
3. word processing
4. medical record-keeping (for research purposes)
5. references archiving (research papers, books by author, topic etc) 

Would appreciate information on software packages (preferably for the
IBM PC) for all or some of the above.  Please send me e-mail
and I will summarize if there is enough interest.
