Subject: How to directly access Sanyo's screen ?

I will appreciate if anyone can help me with the following two questions :
(1) For Sanyo MBC-550 (555), how can I put a character on the screen (mono,
    color ---different ?) directly without passing BIOS?
    (i.e. put a character byte into a memory position
     correspoinding to the point (col,line) on the screen
     and change its attributes )
(2) How can I access a point (pexel) on the screen directly again
    ---to do graphics stuff-- and change its attributes ?
These problems would be trivial if I had the technical information of
this machine. Anyone happens to have or know the information ?
