The System III (3.x) development system is out and has been for at least
a few months.  Friend of mine bought it, but had to order it to get it.
The RSC-15 Catalog (came out in September 85) says on page 24

"Xenix Development System Tandy 6000 26-6402 Avail 9/15/85.....$750"

If there is any flaming to be done, target your local salesman.
