I remeber a discussion about gender neutral pronouns a while back in
this group.  The conclussion seemed to me to be that he/she = they,
him/her = them, his/her = their etc.

I am at present involved in a battle royale with a project supervisor
who considers this to be totaly incorrect.

Is there anyone with referances to this usage to back up my work ?
