Whateever happened to Science City that was once proposed by Indira Gandhi?
Anyone interested in starting a discussion about it?
I always thought it was an excellent idea-  It could be a clean start
for a lot of businesses as well as research.  Good communications,
good living conditions, and perhaps a city where it makes sense to put
a city.  Perhaps something like another Chandigarh.
