    It may be that the statement lacks positive statements about the 
region, but one should concede that the behavior of most political types
in the past few centuries has been united by a common theme of corruption.
The statement is neither vicious or racist of Nicaruagans (sp?) in general,
it concerns only those who rule, or attempt to rule...
