As far as I know, 'The Detroit Society for Genealogical Research' is the only source for (DSGR-3-I) Family Record Sheets for Indian Genealogy and (DSGR-4-I) American Indian Ancestor Charts. They have regular forms also, but so do most societies. Since this is a non-profit, volunteer organization, I see no problem with posting this ordering information. Ask for a list of their other publications and forms with your correspondance. Allow 30 days for delivery. Add $1.00 for postage and handling on orders for charts. Michigan residents add 4% sales tax. Make all checks payable to The Detroit Society for Genealogical Research, Inc. Both these charts cost 10 for $0.50.
