Er.... Please, no net.psi.  That idea was kicked around for a while,
and then discarded some time ago.  As the person who first proposed
net.abortion, I feel qualified to say that creating a new net group
seems to justify extensive discussion on the topic of the new group.

I know it *shouldn't* be that way -- but (and this is an unscientific
observation) it seems to be that way.  So let's NOT create net.psi.  To
the proponents of the net.psi group, I suggest creating a mailing list.  If
the mailing list is popular, THEN come back and show this as evidence.
