It's a general guide to dealing with people who try to intimidate or manipulate others verbally. Another good book which deals with business psychology is: "Winning Through Intimidation" by Robert Ringer, who also wrote: "Looking Out for Number 1"; I found both very enjoyable and worth reading; Ringer has drawn fire for his personal philosophy, which some criticize as being callous and selfish.
