    Look in a recent issue of Mother Jones magazine and you'll find an
    ad for a source of The Gentle Art of Self Defense; 
    It's only about 6-7$ with postage.
    It's a general guide to dealing with people who try to
    intimidate or manipulate others verbally.

    Another good book which deals with business psychology is:
    "Winning Through Intimidation" by Robert Ringer, who also
    wrote: "Looking Out for Number 1"; I found both very enjoyable
    and worth reading; Ringer has drawn fire for his personal
    philosophy, which some criticize as being callous and selfish.
    You be the judge. They are available in paperback.
