She could invite me over for a home-cooked meal, she could ask me to go for a walk or a hike, she could take me to a museum, she could take me to a movie on Saturday afternoon when the admission is lower...I definitely don't want to bother with a woman who has so little imagination that she can't think of some way to spend time with me without spending a lot of money. If the woman feels that she has to match my financial contributions, I would say that she has a very weak sense of self...A strong, self-assured person knows that money has very little to do with a satisfying relationship.
