Well, I happen to be *A LOT* more financially solvent than my SO.
We treat all income as "our" income. Then again, ours isn't the
average guy/girl going-out relationship. We are living together, and
have just bought a house together. Thus, this article is also in response
to another one, namely what it's like living with your SO.

To that I reply: WONDERFUL!! We're both survivors of the divorce wars,
and we view the arrangement as a good prelude to marriage. We've been 
together almost a year now, and marriage is a pretty safe bet for the future.
