   Someone pointed out to me that the Republic of Ireland was not on my list
of teams competing for European Cup 88. Well, the Republic of Ireland is
definitely in European Cup 88. I distinctly remember reading their name when I
saw the list originally. I copied the names quickly as they appeared on the TV
and obviously made a mistake. I don't know what group Ireland is in.
I apologize for not being more careful.
