Arrrrrrrrrrrrg!!  I don't care what you have.  Try looking at the Concordance
(Con/x).  Believe me it is CEF!  "City..."  is also an accepted abbreviation. 
I hope you people don't start discussing "For the World is Hollow....", I mean
can you imagine "FTWIHAIHTTS"????  In this case the proper acronym would be
"FW".  Now do you get it?
