I'll be going to Greece, Bulgaria and Istanbul during May.
I've got a few friends in Greece so I don't need 
too much information about that country.
I'm mostly interested in hearing from people who have been to
Bulgaria and Istanbul.  Any suggestions on things to do and
just coping in general will be greatly appreciated.
