On the left TARDIS door (when facing it) there is a plaque just beneath the
window.  Does anyone know what is written on it???  On the book DOCTOR WHO
AND THE KEYS OF MARINUS the plaque is clearly visible, but the inscription is
not shown with readable resolution.
