The spelling is correct, but I disagree with you on the matter of
pronunciation. It sounded to me as if it was pronounced "correctly"
both times, although Mary Tamm's "r" was more subdued, and could be
taken for an "n", especially if you aren't listening carefully :-).
At this point, of course, it comes down to a matter of perception.
It would be pointless to try to discuss why a certain pronunciation
might have been used if there was no agreement about what the
pronunciation was in the first place. For further agonizing over the
difficulties of perception with respect to "historical accuracy",
refer to my article regarding the color of Nyssa's costume.
