Summary: Re-nicing daemon available

I have implemented auto-renicing as part of the
"assassin" daemon which kills idle logins.  The
renicing actions are configurable as to threshhold,
amount of nice, etc.  It is also configurable to
re-nice procs only during certain times of the day
and on certain days.
If anyone is interested, please let me know.
Currently, the assassin only runs on VAXen, but it
shouldn't be too difficult to make it run on other
machines.
