I find that the catalog descriptions have accurately portrayed the products and that the delivery was always prompt (always via UPS). The one time I had trouble with an order, a single phone call to their 800 number cleared it up. As far as the cassette tapes are concerned, they suck. But if something you would like has the cassettes attached, try calling the 800 number and ask for the price without the cassettes. Chances are they will sell it to you for not much more than the with cassette price. Finally, when the item you order is delivered check the box for a newsprint catalog (they will always include a copy of the current glossy catalog). This is their closeout catalog, only sent along with orders. I have gotten some very good bargins out of these closeout sales. Paul Carnell Digital Equipment Corp.
