I have a Fisher stereo VCR (model number FVH-730) and have the following
problem:

	If I record a television show on extended play (EP) and play the 
	tape on someone else's VCR, the audio and video are out of sync;
	sort of like a Japanese movie.  (SP recordings are fine.)

I spoken to two video repair shops and they say the problem is common among
Fisher units.  I called Fisher and got the response: "If a human made it, we
can fix it.".

Have any of you experienced simlar problems?  Can it be fixed?
