	My friend wants to buy a video camera which uses the PAL system

	to take back home. We havent found one in Austin yet. Does anyone

	know where I could buy one for a reasonable price? Any place like

	Austin/Houston/Dallas or anywhere in the US (from where you could

	mail order) would be fine. 

	What would be a good price for one of these gizmos ( a simple one

	without any fancy options )?

	A local question: Is there any place in or around Austin where I

	could rent some PAL video equipment( VCRs, TVs)?
