I have used my VCR (Panasonic PV1275, a low-end two head machine
about four years old) with a 1970 Zenith TV, a 1970 Toshiba, a 1975 GE,
a 1976 RCA and a 1985 Hitachi.  With tapes I have made, no flagging
on any TV.  With some prerecorded tapes, flagging on the Zenith only.
I second (third?) the comment that older Zenith sets are fussy about
horizontal synch.
