I have a Ventel 212 modem of older vintage, ie, one with only
ONE 10-position dip switch on the back, and 9 jumpers on the
digital board inside.  I am trying to get it working and suspect
it has been configured for answer-only use, or some such.
I am trying to find documentation about setting the thing up, etc.
Any help at all would be immensely useful.  I put the thing in 
analog loopback mode, and it passes data in high-speed and low-speed
modes; it also passes the internal SelfTest in analog loopback.
Further, I need to make a phone cable for it, so pinouts for the
15-pin telephone connector is also of interest.
