Our DIMP package is apparently designed for an Imagen 8/300 and does not properly handle some of the special characters and the Lucida San Serif fonts. Is anyone else using a similar configuration? Is anyone else having similar problems? If so how did you solve them? I have contacted Imagen Customer Support many times about this problem. They have consistently been unwilling or unable to solve my problems. I sent them a written problem report, it was ignored. I sent a mag tape containing documents that would not print, it was lost. I have called them and they were not even interested in LISTENING to my problems much less solving them. I would like to hear from anyone on the net who has similar problems with Customer Support.
