	It appears that D|I|G|I|T|A|L fixed the bug with the copy of
MTH$DEXP in VMS V4.3, but neglected to fix the brain-damaged copy of
MTH$DEXP in SYS$LIBRARY:STARLET.OLB. 

	A temporary workaround is to replace that module with one from
a V4.1 system.
