There are two undocumented flags that are sent with the SMBMSG$K_SEPARATION_
CONTROL item from the job controller --

SMBMSG$M_LAST_FILE_OF_JOB		(Bit 11)
SMBMSG$M_FIRST_FILE_OF_JOB		(Bit 12)

These codes are defined in VMS 4.2 STARLET.REQ (For BLISS), and are presumably
in the other starlet files, but they are not documented outside of this.

These two flags accurately give a symbionent-server the capability to
detect the starting and ending file of a of job, regardless of how many
files there are.  Note that a 1 file job always has both flags set.
