I seem to remember that when I installed Jnet on our system that the
manual mentioned something about SYSGEN not autogenning DUP11's.  This
works great for JNet since they use BTDRIVER rather than DECs XWDRIVER.
If this is right, you might just want to try attatching it by hand.  If
that does not work try doing a SHOW /UNIBUS and check that the registers 
are available.
