Someone asked whether or not the RAM Serial Driver is copyrighted.
Apple considers that it is.  The word from Apple is that if you've
licensed their System and Finder (the $50/year fee), then it's ok
to use the Serial Driver (and distribute it).  It's not clear under
what other conditions it's ok, however.
