I'm most interested in the disk/ROM upgrade, but am curious about the logic-board/memory upgrade also. Two dealers in my area (different companies) say that they have not received any upgrades yet; one said "Apple hasn't even started shipping yet", the other said "We're expecting them around the end of the month."
