This application could even be as simple as producing a new Write/Word document from the original and leaving the original unperturbed. The usual assortment of menu bar options should apply as well as the options which would determine how items get included in the lists mentioned above. I have looked at MacSpec and it does some of the things wanted; HOWEVER it is a completely new editor unto itself and I don't want that. If anyone has heard of anything remotely similar to what we need, please advise .... Also , Mac Hackers -- we would be willing to buy such a tool for a reasonable price $$$ .... thanks to any respondees..... Lance Miller
