We are designing a high speed SOS chip for fabrication at MOSIS.
We are not sure that the SOS2 SPICE models we have are current enough
for our simulations, so could someone please mail me a set.  Also we 
have not been successful at SPICEing our designs at high speed (100MEG),
and would appreciate any hints, tips, etc...  that would aid us.
