There is a new SCMOS technology file online on ISIB.ARPA with the proper
corrections plus the addition of lines that allows the reading of GDS II
streams. It also produces smaller CIF files. You may:
    (1) ftp it directly
    (2) send a REQUEST message to MOSIS
to obtain a copy.
