Two other aphorisms I've heard attributed to Cray:

1. On why the CDC6000 series didn't have memory parity:

	"Parity is for farmers."

2. Remark upon leaving CDC to form his own company:

	"I'm tired of making slow machines."

If he didn't say these things, he should have.
