I am looking for a GOOD star atlas.  By GOOD I mean:

	* stars down to at LEAST the ->11th<- magnitude
	* coverage of BOTH the Northern and Southern sky.
	* 2000.0 system would be best, but would also take a 1950.0 system.

I am willing to pay the $'s, if I find something.  (well, with within reason)
If you think you know of something, or have something, please send me Email.
Info on the Author/Title/Publisher(&date) plus the lower Magnitude would be
helpful.
