Sorry about posting this again - however, our system mail was flakey -
  someone sent me mail but I can't find out who or where - it was rejected.

Does anybody out there in the big wide world know of a program
to calculate tide tables for a given location ( I realize that
a fudge factor will have to be applied for an exact location )
I am looking for a general purpose program.
