Try a high-performance parts store.  Locally (SW Ontario) I can get
them (special order, of course) from import specialists such as
Pirrana, AutoWorks and others.  In the U.S., all the companies whose
catalogs I have (these are VW parts suppliers, of course :-) have seat
belts in their catalogs.  All have a wide variety from the basic lap
belt to the race-legal 3-inch-wide 6-point harnesses.  If you still
can't find any, mail me and I'll send you some addresses.
