It is disarmed when you start the car. It is all contained in one unit with the horn. The wiring is simple, fused orange line to battery hot, black to grnd there are two other wires, pink and yellow one of which goes to the power line of any device which receives power when the ignition is turned to Acc. the other to any device which receives power when turned to ON. The question is which one goes where? If anyone has any info please pass it on. Perry@techsup
