No, TARZAN ALIVE is not part of the Riverworld series. It, along with
DOC SAVAGE: HIS APOCALYPTIC LIFE, it a pseudo-biography of the character.
Farmer "claims" that Tarzan (and Doc Savage as well) was a real person,
and is related to all sorts of real and fictional characters.
