Lines: 21 Keywords: book/author wanted A long time ago (like 10-15 years), I read a library book called "The Unwilling Vestal" which takes place in Rome during the Empire and tells the story of a young girl who, by a series of circumstances, is the only person in Rome who can take the place of a Vestal who had just died. Through duty (dharma), she becomes a Vestal and the rest of the books is about life amongst the Vestals and how it differs from the life of an ordinary Roman citizen: the advantages and the life-threatening hazards. If anyone knows of this book, I would like to either purchase a copy or simply get the author's name so I can do a book-search. Thanx muchly. -- The Phoenix (Neither Bright, Dark, nor Young) ---"A man should live forever...or die trying." ---"There is no substitute for good manners...except fast reflexes." ---"Never appeal to a man's "better nature". He may not have one. Invoking his self-interest gives you more leverage."
