If anyone's keeping track, I, too, am a rather large male who likes to cook.
I am about 6' 4'' (I haven't measured lately) and currently weigh 205 lbs.  I
am always on the lookout for a good recipe, usually the more exotic the
better.  My current lady also finds it amusing to see me in the kitchen chop-
ping veggies or dicing meat but sure enjoys the results.

I have a recipe for a kind of omelet which is really great (I think) that I
will put on the net soon.
