Hi,

I need a recipe for cuban-style chicken.  The kind that you get in the
cuban luncheonettes with beans and rice (3.50 and it is a whole day's 
food).  The seasoning for the beans and rice would be nice too.

Also does anybody have a recipe for puerto rican style gazpacho?  I
was served this in a friend's home one day...it was not a vegetable
soup, but was a combination of avocados, baccala and potatoes.

I need these recipes fast...
