Use moderation -- unless you *like* *spicy*. I got the chilied oil at our local Safeway (Half Moon Bay, CA), in the oriental foods section. I'm sure you could find it more cheaply at an Oriental Foods Store. In general, I've discovered sesame oil preferable for oriental stir fry. Barb
