   Hello.   A friend who wishes to use an E-COM service has been informed by
the local U.S. Snail office that the USPS sold their E-COM service to a private
coporation.   The question becomes:  To whom did USPS sell E-COM, and how does
one make contact with this company?

   Responces by mai, please...I'll summarize.
